Response to Quite a nice find

This boat is special to me as I have always wanted a Chris Craft since I was 16 years old. Not to tell my age but the, I want one is 40 years old. This boat spent all it's life on a lake in North East Oklahoma. I have the original title with a sales price of around $5000.00. This was a lot of money in 1966, I remember 1966. The boat was taken out of the water in 1996 and sat in the open until now. She is not in bad shape and the motor turns over freely. The low end tilts and has been changed out as the boat came with the original low end unit.I have not attempted to start the engine as the Starboard exhaust manifold leaks like crazy. Everything that came on the boat in 1966 is still there. It might be rusted or the laminate peeling but it is all there. The hull number is # 004 so it must have been one of the first off the line. Thanks for your kind words. My goal is restore the boat, pull it to Tenn. and run it along side Paul's 20 footer he restored. I sure would like to have a Commander but for now will settle on the Sea Skiff. The boat was named Christy II, to not bringbad luck to myself and the boat I had to leave the name but did modify it. She is now called MY CHRISTY TOO.

Respectfully
