Isky is your problem, not the lifters. The 383-410-430 lifter is exactly the same as a standard 332-352-390-428-etc. Now, the 431 is a marine engine and did in fact have slightly different heads, but i belive the lifters are also exactly the same. Also, some FE (tunnel port, high rise, etc) are different. BUT, the stock MEL and the stck FE are indentical.

Now Isky grinds cams differently. Some have a large lobe and some a small lobe. These different grinds depend upon where they buy the blanks and my require differnt lifters. You think Isky would let you know this huh?

I stopped using anything Isky when the old man retired and the punk took over.
