Response to 462 Carb Help

If you do further research at LCOC, you will find that most prefer to have the origional CARTER professionally rebuilt (PONY CARBURETORS) rather than go service replacement. The EDELBROCK is close but requires fuel line fabrication. There is an actual LINC vendor that advertises a replacement carb but it is actually an EDELBROCK with the ID scratched off without all necessary pieces to make the conversion easily. It also costs more than an EDELBROCK from SUMMIT.
