New And Used 430 Pistons

Post by Chris430 » Wed 3. May 2017, 18:49

New set of eight STANDARD 4.3" BORE Lincoln 430 pistons with pins. I picked these up from an abandoned 64 430 build but my engine needs bored so I don't need these pistons. Although these flat tops are said to work I am choosing the Wiseco stepped piston for my build. Do your own research as to how these would work for you. PST-2182 $210 includes shipping.

Used 1960-1961 430 Pistons

Post by Chris430 » Wed 3. May 2017, 19:40

I have 14 of these. One has water pitting. They are slightly different than 58 to 59 and completely different than 1963-1965 pistons but I cannot say for sure if they were used in 1962 engines. My new mic will be in soon and skirt measurements will taken before selling. $40 for all 14 plus shipping or $10 each and shipping.

The part number on that last photo of the pistons is a 1961 number.

The same piston was used in 1960, it's casting is EDJ - B9LE-6110-A. Is this the same piston design used in 62?
