Hi every one, my name is Bob. I live in eastern Pa., USA. I'm currently involved in a frame-off restoration of a MEL engine equipped 1958 Edsel Citation convertible. My collection also consists of; 1957 Ford Skyliner (retractable hardtop) (2) 1957 Mercury Turnpike Cruisers, 1957 Plymouth Belvedere and last but not least a 1966 Ford Fairlane GTA convertible. I just joined to learn a little before I tackle the engine rebuild on my project car. The chassis is all finished and detailed, minus the engine. I'm currently prepping the body so I can mate the two together again. The engine rebuild will be a little further down the line.

Hey Bob, welcome to the ford-mel-engine.com. You got an impressive collection of cars. I'll be pleased to see photos of your project as the progression goes on once in a while. I will create a new section where posts of that kind will fit. At this time most sections are more or less MEL engine related only. I'll see what I can do for you guys. Check in during the day.
Best regards

Welcome to the forum Bob. I too would love to see photos. The retractable hardtop Skyliners are very cool. You must have a large garage by the way; they're all huge cars!
