Ring end gaps are not engine related. It's ring material related. Each set of rings comes w. its' own paperwork in the box. It lists the end gap of every single ring per piston and also says in which direction each single gap has to be heading to for max. compression and least blow by.
Those specs should also be available online. Just search for them on the manufacturer's web site. Make sure your looking at the right specs. sheet for your specific ring set.
