i can vuagly remeber(or spell!!) a 1962 issue of Hot Rod magazine in which Ford or maybe Mickey thompsen for Ford, put a 1961 starliner roof on a 1962 Galaxie. They put a large,472 or so cubic inch engine in it and took it to Bonneville. I can't remember if it was a large (472 or534) ford heavy truck engine, a MEL, or an FE. anyone have an issue of this article, or remember it? thanks.

I forgot Fred Lorenzen drove it, Hoolman & Moody built it. Man, that is fast for a square 62 ford!
