430 powered '37 ford dirt racer
I put a 59 430 Lincoln in my 1937 ford coupe. It has a FE bellhousing and adapter to fit the 1995 Mustang T5 manual transmission. It will be street driven only. I have has it running to break in the reground cam(1969 428 CJ specs hydraulic). I do have a 6x2 weiand intake to install at a later date.

Nice. Is that long nose Autolite one of the early spread bores? As far as I know it was a one year carb.

I like it. What exactly did you use to make the T5 work with the 430?

I used a FE, 390 ford manual bellhousing and then a 1" spacer plate that adapts the transmission to the FE bellhousing. works very nice and not suoer expensive either.

Do you have any photos of the bellhousing and the transmission specifically? What did you use for a pilot bearing? Very cool build!
