Engine Damage Diagnostics I would do as has been suggested. Pull the plugs, use compressed air to blow out the cylinders. Spray the cylinders down with WD-40 and allow to sit for a few days. Change oil and filter. Go back and and attempt to turn the engine by hand with a wrench on the balancer bolt....

UPDATE-
It seems SUMMIT bought the rights from HOLLEY and is manufacturing this carb in CHINA. There have been reported problems. If one wants one, the origional 4010/4011 may still be available from HOLLEY REMAN.

You start with the recommendation of the cam manufacturer. There were no solid MEL applications OEM.
