I've never seen or heard of a performance comparison between the Lincoln and Mercury Super Marauder set-ups.

The Lincoln Master Parts Catalog (September 1960 revision) still lists the SM tri-power specific to the Lincoln. So that's at least two years after it's introduction, as far as we can tell.

This is the cover of the Motor Guide "Hop Swap and Restyle" special magazine issue from June 1958. It looks like the Lincoln version of the SM to me.
