Yeah that's my beast. I bought that truck when I was in high school (around '95-'96) and am so glad to have it back. It is a re-paint of the factory color. The guys at the local PPG said it was hard to mix because it's only like 3 drops of blue to a gallon of white. Don't know a hell of a lot about painting but I'll take their word for it. Also, I have a 1972 3/4 ton that came factory with a 390 4bbl that had a factory ford low rise aluminum intake. Probably nothing major but I'd never seen one of those intakes before. Body is really nice on the '72 but it needs paint and interior. Might do something with it one day, but straightening out one truck is enough for right now. BTW, sorry for posting this here and not in pics, but as I said before, it's been a LONG time since I was here and I didn't even know how to post pics back in the day, lol. Thanks for the kind words though, glad to hear from others who appreciate the early 70's FoMoCo stuff.
