| My 61 had similar problems...what worked well for me was to remove the hinges from the car & tighten the rivets that hold them together...I placed the hinge on an anvil and hit all the rivets hard with a(BFH) big hammer and blunt punch until they tightened up...they were not perfect...but were MUCH better after that.
