We went Premier but our visitors are still getting ads on all our forums (only I don't when I login)
why?
1st Plan we went
Traffic Level
Premier Level 0: Some ads, all features [0 pv]
was happy so we Changed our subscription plan's traffic level to
Traffic Level
Premier Level 1: 0 - 100,000 page views
but still getting ads can you please tell us why?
You signed up for Level 0 (Semi-Premier), which removes all ads except for the banner ad (typically that is the Google ad). Check out the sign up page:
Make Your Community Happy - Upgrade Today! Add lots of great new features that your community will appreciate with Network54 Premier. When you sign up for the full Network54 Premier Services, all advertising is removed from your forums, chatrooms, and any other community resource you create, based on the number of page views you incur. When you go over that limit, you still get to keep the features, but some advertising will return and some will not (like popups). If this is all you want, choose level zero.
No More Popups When you sign up for any Premier option, we remove all of the popup advertising.
Free Your Community From Ads When you sign up for the full Premier option, we remove all of our advertising based upon a page view allowance.
Enhanced Statistics Get detailed statistics about your community, including daily page views and unique visitors - then use our geographical view and break these statistics down by country.
Additional File Space Got lots of photos that you need for your community resources? Premier gives you 60MB of file space.
See Who's Online Our "Who's Online" feature will let you and your visitors know who's browsing the forums at any given moment.
Got A Question? Get An Answer Got a question? You'll get an answer. We have dedicated Support Forums just for our Network54 Premier Account holders.
Full Text Search Engine A full text search engine for your forums enables you and your visitors to use your forums as a powerful knowledgebase.
There are three different levels of service based on the amount of traffic you have in your forums. Traffic is measured in Page Views per month, or the number of times a page is requested and served from one of your forums. The first choice is Premier Level 0, which gets all the extra options and removes popups. This option applies to unlimited page views. The next two options are for the full Premier and include everything semi-Premier Level 0 has plus removing the on-page display advertising for the first 100K or 2M page views. If you go over the monthly limit your forums will start to have banner and link advertisements, though you will continue to not see popups and will keep the extra features (basicly reverts to Premier Level 0).
You should be able to upgrade to no Level One by going to My Account and selecting Change Renewal Plan. Then under Current Plan, select Level One.

We have hundreds of Topics and thousands of valuable information in threads of many years written work there and we need to get them back to carry them to our Archives.
Even though that Forum was disabled and it says whats written below when we try to access it. The reason was NOT a breach of the Network54 User Agreement and it was ONLY a misunderstanding of Credit Card Payment. I will paste that below too:

Sorry...
This Network54 forum has been disabled due to a breach of the Network54 User Agreement by the owner of this forum.
Network54 does not allow forums that contain or contain links to nudity, sex, pornography, illegal activities, unauthorized use or distribution of copyrighted material(s) (including 'warez' boards), mail fraud and pyramid schemes, hatred and racism of any kind, guns or firearms, or any other material that may be deemed libelous or offensive to another individual or organization.
According to our records, your login does not own that forum. In fact, the owner of that forum had not logged in since 2005, so it was considered abandoned.

Nick

Hi Nick
As you said I myself don't have the loging for Forum 74579 and our Moderator has not been online for a long time but we still use the forum as our Archive and we have hundreds of Topics and thousands of valuable information in threads of many years written work there.
So if there is NO particular reason and was NOT a breach of the Network54 User Agreement for disabling it. Can you please re-activate our old Forum 74579? atleast till we can get them back and carry them to our New Archives Folder.
Thank you

Shutting down a forum for having a few spam messages from three years ago seems a bit... heavy-handed. I mean, I have seen where spammers will purposefully go into old threads and spam there so they don't get caught as quickly.
I would like to suggest that if Network 54 is going to shut down forums for having spam messages, there should be a setting to automatically lock threads that are inactive, according to the owner's time preference. This way, I don't have to worry about some spammer dumping something into a thread no one has looked at in five years.
Alternatively, a warning to the forum owner would be appropriate. It is one thing to shut down a user account for creating spam, it is significantly different to shut down a forum because the forum owner doesn't police for spam as vigilantly as Network54 thinks they should.
Just my thoughts.
