User can't verify

I have emailed someone to join our forum (595948). She tried to create a login and got the verification email, but when she clicked the link and tried to verify, she got an error message that her email account could not be verified. Its a yahoo mail account. Anything I can tell her?

Jordan,

Please instruct her to request a new verification link. When she receives it, she should copy the link and then paste it into a post on this support forum. Obviously, she must make the post with the login she is attempting to verify. I should then be able to handle on my end.
