Is there a way to find out a persons name who is saying libelous and personal things about you? Such as giving out your full name, address, town, and other landmarks around you. Besides always harassing me, he has hacked into my computer, stalked me online, followed me to other areas, and read my emails. What do I do about this person? I don't know their real name, but several that they use on Network 54. I also know their Yahoo email.

First, you contact a lawyer to make sure you truly have a case that is worth pursuing. Second, you contact the FBI and tell them you are being criminally harassed and libeled on the Internet. If they believe your case is worth pursuing, they will subpoena the ISPs of the user who is causing you problems and get his private information so they can build a case and prosecute. Third, you learn your lesson to keep your private information private.
