I want to get a personal picture on my account but I keep getting the message that the picture is in the wrong format. all the pictures I have tried are in the right format. What do I do?

You say it's the "right format", but don't tell us what format it is. Is it the right dimensions(70 * 70 pixels)? Is it under 128 kb?

Yes the pictures are 70*70 pixels and are under the required size.
