Personal Photo (Avitar)

I had an avitar but the other day I removed it so that I could upload a new image.

Below is the image I tried to upload . . .



I also tried lots of other images. Some .jpg. All 70x70 size. Every one gets this error when I upload . . .



Can you give me a reason as to WHY?
