I need help...seriously

I've posted numerous times in the past, I have also emailed people about my "forgotten" password...

On my forum, my email is also on there "Sign7ven@hotmail.com"

I forgot my password for the 100000th time, yes i know....is there any way i can get my password back...i tried putting in my email on the "forgot password" section but i never really added my email to the forum, just in case i forgot it...

help!
