What insult? Did I speak an untruth? If so, point it out and I will correct it. Perhaps some person's insults are other people’s facts.

As far as other's comments about the state of the company, and how difficult life is for them, I have no sympathy about that. This is a profit making enterprise that takes money and makes promises. Guess what pays my Net 54 bill? I am a profit making entity that takes money and makes promises. I do not have any customers that cut me any slack when I do not live up to my promises. I expected a faster response time. And I expected a company support function, not a forum of volunteers.

In addition to all of the above, I am an exceptional comedian, anybody could see that.
