The easiest way is simply to create a frame on your website and have it load the URL to your forum in that frame.
Also, at the top of this forum there is a blurb: This forum is a moderated forum, so your post may need to be approved by an admin before it actually appears.
Which is why your post did not immediately appear when you submitted it.
