I consulted with tech. There is no reason why you should not be able to post in that forum if you can post in this one (given that I am able to login as you and post in that forum).
Please try again, by these steps. First, visit the Support Forum (this forum), and make a post, call it "test." Then go immediately to the Hyperscale forum and then try to post.
Please let me know what occurs.
