Hello good people,
I'm NOT an administrator AFAIK and I'm not even sure how I got to this page, but I arrived here because I was trying to figure out how to change my N-54 screen name.
After a lengthy hiatus a year or two ago I once more tried to access N-54 by using my original ID. I was refused. I was informed that such a person already existed and that it wasn't me. After trying futiley to prove that it WAS me I gave up and reregistered under a different ID. Now I want my identity back! I originally registered with N-54 as 'Tom @ Buzzard Bluff'. That was the ID I was denied when I tried to get back in. I was forced to reregister and N-54 accepted 'TheOldBuzzard'. I have been 'Tom @ Buzzard Bluff' since I first arrived on the internet and I want it back! The problem is that I am the prototypical (and perhaps original!) computer idiot.
So if anyone would take mercy on my ignorance and change my screen name back to the original 'Tom @ Buzzard Bluff' or be willing to lead a computer idiot thru the process of doing so I would be extremely gratefull! I miss being 'me'!
Should anyone choose to accept this challenge please reply directly to my e-mail address as I'm virtually certain I'll never figure out how to get back to this board! Should you so so PLEASE put 'Your N-54 Identity' into the subject line as after losing 2 computer systems to illegal intrisions I have became so paranoid that I simply trashcan immediately ANYTHING from anyone I don't know very well indeed.
