Your users have no control over how your forum works. Telling them to check their profiles for HTML settings will not help them, or you, in any way. YOU have to have HTML enabled on your forum, your users cannot change that.
Ask everyone who is having the problem to tell you what browser they are using. Internet Explorer and Firefox seem to be the only choice for anything to work right on the internet these days. Forget the AOHELL browser and MSN Explorer, among others.
