There is NO PLACE for anything less than marine grade plywood on a boat. You don't have to go to a mahogany marine plywood, marine fir works below the water line and it would work great for floors and such too. I would not waste the glue to put down flooring on anything less. As a comparison, can you believe how long a piece of regular pine plywood or even exterior grade would last below the water line? Frightening thought!
