Rolled galvanized steel. I don't know if there are any baffles in it, but judging from the way it has been abusing it's endplay mounts, I would venture no. My preference would be to reuse it, but we shall see in time what the interior condition is. As to value, I doubt that it's a factor. My bet would be that a buyer would value a new plastic tank over a vintage tank but there's accounting for taste.
