Dan sorry no I dont I have never rebuilt one I happen to have 2 spares on my boat that were there when I bought the boat. I have contemplated buying a couple of rebuild kits and rebuilding 2 of them for known good spares. But I have never taken any of them apart. I didi find this for the Carter X pump on the old Ford 428's I would guess it is close the difference is most marine pumps are dual diaphragm pump. http://www.428cobrajet.org/how-to-fuel-pump.html
