You guys are the greatest...With the money I am saving on therapy a re-power will be easy. Just kiddin'. You are all crazy. I feel privileged to be in such like company. Your understanding and encouragement is hugely appreciated. I am mulling it over constantly and have a few possible solutions. I am now going to start a new thread to examine the situation with my friends here on a higher note. If I sell her it will be the right thing to do when that time comes, not because I give up.
