Steve, You and Jerry are talking about 2 different hatches, Yours is on your bow for your vee birth cabin, and I think Jerry's talking about Hatches over his motor and generator. It would be kool though to be able to look through you floor hatches and see what your motors running!!

ps. Jerry, On my old 35 express I over sized the hole in the gutter and just kept cleanning them as much as possible so they would drain properly plus I alway kept the camper top up.
