Are you sure you have the correct gasket? Is it a FEL-PRO?

This gasket is from BEST GASKETS-

There is no hole on their's either it appears.

FEL-PRO seems to have dropped the ball on MEL as there were so many engine variations over the model years.

If the hole was in the origional, I would consider opening it.
