I guess everyone here is probably looking for the same parts but I thought I'd give it a shot too. If anyone has any hot rod parts for the MEL engine or knows of anything for sale anywhere, let me know. I've finally got a 59 430 to build. I was looking at the old Midwest catalog posted here on the forum. Has anyone seen one of the 1380 Weiand 8 carb manifolds for sale anywhere? I saw a 6x2 go through ebay the other day.

Look up Vintakes on e-bay. He has cams for the MEL. Since you have a 59 430, the early FE bellhousings, flywheels and clutches will fit,,ie,,stick shift setup. I recently saw a blower manifold, a 6x2 and an 8x2 manifold on e-bay. All were high $, but they were there. I check e-bay (e-bay motors, 430 Lincoln) every day.

Somehow I must have missed out on the8x2. I did see the 6x2 a little while back. I will dig the vintakes guy up too. I already contacted Bigbob409 who had some other 430 stuff up on ebay. Do you, or anyone else, have the item number on that 8x2?
