410C.I. Bore 4.20” x Stroke 3.70” (1958)

430C.I. Bore 4.30” x Stroke 3.70” (1958/65)

The 410 is a different casting than the 383(MERC)/430 (same block). I do not know personally if the 410 can take such an overbore. You may have to have the block sound checked to see if there is enough material in the cylinder walls.

EGGE Engine Parts should have pistons for either engine. Be advised these are not true MEL pistons but generic replacements. There are discussion(s) elsewhere on this forum regarding replacement pistons.

As Kultz said, the difference is only .100. The block should be able to handle 100 over bore easily, but you should have it checked to be sure. I have a NOS set of Lincoln 430 pistons with rings. These are original Ford pistons made by FOMOCO, not the re-pops with the incorect head design.
