hi there found these numbers on the block CASTING EDH 6015B above and to the left is HL and to the right is H7 with 30 underneth block stamped ws 2030 the car was suposable made in 58 and being the 6369 one made wondering if the block can help say what month hopefully when all the problams were ficked

Being marked EDH should establish it as a 410 block as the early 383/430 used the same block and was identified as ED 6015. All correct I.D. information, including date code, will be on the left front block skirt.

well i looked at the site but none of the letters or characters seemed to line up block is stamped WS2030.i guess i am out of luck hopefull some one can help best regards till the next guestion.derek

...will most likely be found in EDSEL specific factory service bulletins. EDSEL info is difficult to come by and when available on E-BAY brings premium prices. These will be the source of the information you are seeking.

Remember, the 410 began production in JUN 57. So the I.D. may be in a different format.
