I was thinking about saleing my 462 and im wondering how much i could get for it.

I bought a complete core engine Saturday for $50.00 in Long Beach CA and I bought a good used runner from a wrecked 67 for $265 yesterday (I wished I had known as I wouldn't have bought the core!). Obviously a new one would fetch much more etc... we would need to know a little more about it to really give you a good idea of value. Hawkrod

I know it came out of a 60's lincoln and when it was took out it was still running. I was told it was in exellecnt running condition and now its just siting outside under a trap on a pallet.So about how much would you say now its worth?

I'm not sure what it would be worth, but be sure to check around. The crank alone is very high. I have one I'm thinking about selling also.

It's worth about $350.00 maybe $400.00, but depends on how far a person has to go to get it. Where is the engine located (city and state). I am in Houston, Texas
