We own a cam for our 58-60 MEL engine. The cam is marked Howard 60.
It will be a roller cam cause the lobeground is very small. The lift is more than the original 383/430 cam. Any information/data about this cam?
Thanks again.

I am going to venture that you are going to have to hope someone that used these parts in the fifties/sixties comes across this forum and has the cam card (or specs) for the cam. If not, you will have to plot it with a degree wheel and dial indicator.

If a true roller, I would investigate using FE roller tappets and don't forget the mechanical valvetrain from the FE is mostly interchangeable with the MEL. Just take the normal precautions for valve lift, etc.

I am sure that most cam manufacturers offer this service.
