T-Bird 430

Hey guys, Im new here and hopefully won't get my head removed for asking this question....but here it goes. I have a Ford 430 Engine, tranny and rear end from a 59 or 60 T-Bird that came as part of the package with my 390 tri-power T-Bird. I have a guy pestering me to buy it. It was removed from the car in the mid nineties. It turns free and has the transmission and rear end with it and has been stored inside since. If I were to sell it, any idea of its approximate worth?
