Correct, 1.76 all. In fact, the origional MEL arms had a large failure rate and were replaced by FE hydraulic arms.

What might be confusing you is the mention of a 1.5 ratio in aftermarket cam grinds. This was just the lift at which their events were taken, not actual ratio.
