Response to LINC SUPER MARAUDER OPTION

Well ...put it this way.....
10 years ago two guys came to my house wanting to buy my collection.
They took pictures of my cars and detailed pictures and measurements of of my Tri power set up...they claimed it was fake.
The following year they had a tri-power setup on their car at the LCOC National meet. They own a machine shop in Maryland. I saw their car again at the LCOC meet in Maryland back in 2001 Claiming they have an Original one.
Funny thing is the setup on my car is exactly whats in my Lincoln parts manual. The set up on their car looked home made....??
All my factory Documentation Indicates I got the real thing. The factory Indicates a chrome plated Valve cover and shows chrome in the various pictures including the owners manual.
However I have nothing to support the Aluminum valve covers, Although I just acquired a pair recently.
The valve covers have no markings or casting numbers. They look identical to the ones in the image in the pictures above. In fact thats exactly what my engine looks like. In the Lincoln parts manual I can account for every part right down to the linkage clips and hose clamps.
