Response to Help on a 410 coversion
 

The MERC 410 is a stroked 390 (428 crank). The pistons are unique but you say you have a set. Everything else is interchangeable. The 410/428 are balanced differently and you will need the 410/428 flexplate/damper and have it checked for proper balance while at the machine shop.
