The 430 was not factory assembly in a 1964 BIRD, only LINC. But if the piston matches the photo, it is definetly a MEL as the pistons are of a unique shape.

A complete rocker asm may be hard to come by, especially over there I would think. Even a remanufacturer here requires the old core.

There are posts where others have used FE shafts and rocker arms. The stands are a different height.
