Response to Does It Appear As This Model?

The info I've been able to find says this was available on the 1958 Ford 352 but was it also used on the 1958 Mercury 383 or possibly the 1958 Mercury 430 too.

The engine I have looks stock right down to the paint as a 312 HP 383 with a silver block and red valve covers. When I got the engine the carb was unbolted and sitting on the intake studs, leading me to wonder it it wasn't the correct carb.

I want to put it on eBay and want to let people know exactly what applications the carb would be correct for.

Thanks for all your help.
