Try Egge machine, They had a least 2 different versions when I last checked. Also,if Jahns is still in business they listed a high compression version in an old catalog.
I bought a set of pistons from Jahns in about 1995 so they might still be around. If not then you could send an old piston to any custom piston supplier and they could duplicate it
