430 w/a C6?

Hey guys, a buddy and I both have '69 F250 Ranger Camper Special's. I also have a '64 continental in refurbishment stages. My buddy says that the C6 employed by our trucks (and so many other ford vehicles) can be bolted to the '64 430 no fuss. Is this true? Or, are there other C6's slightly altered and specifically made for the '58-'65 Linc. 430ci?

I bought my '64 for nothing, and it came with a showroom interior...all black leather, tilt steering...two days of turtlewax chrome polish and leather cleaner/conditioner and it shined like crazy.
