462 bellhousing

I took a look at a 462 engine at the wrecking yard yesterday, i trued a 390 flywheel which seemed to fit, there was no bellhousing handy but the block doesn't have the boss below the starter an FE has. Is it the other 5 bolts that fit?

I'd like to put one of these things in my 53 F350 and maybe a ZF 5 speed would fit up if the 429-460 pattern is adaptable too.
