I have a 66 Fairlane. The front subframes are real bad, the rest of the car is solid. Can anyone give me info as how to repair the subframe from the firewall up? I have a big block 429 in it now. Is it possible to clip this car if so, what other subframes would work?
Why not opt for a Mustang II front suspension swap? I believe Rod and Custom motorsports has the swap kit for the Fairlanes. I would give you the web adress, but I forget what it is. Just Google Rod and Custom Motorsport.
